2 Section Sliding Timber

Timber Deluxe Line is a 3 section folding timber loft ladder with a draught proof hatch:

The ladder is constructed from high quality pine.
Spring assisted sliding system.
Fits any opening down to 450 x 570mm.
(N.B. for comfortable access this should be enlarged)
Adjustable for floor heights up to 3.0m (9’10”).
Wide Ladder with deep non-slip treads –
Tread width: 320mm // Tread depth: 75mm // Ladder width: 360mm.
Simple installation procedure.
Includes trap door catch and operating pole.
Only requires 1050mm headroom and 1550mm length in loft to store the ladder.
Tested and certified to EN 14975 (European Ladder Standard).
